Melamine tableware decals are special decorative decals designed specifically for melamine tableware. Through a high-temperature and high-pressure hot-pressing process, the pattern is permanently sealed inside the melamine resin layer, rather than being a surface sticker. The pattern is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, does not peel off, and does not fade, meeting food contact grade requirements.

The melamine tableware two-color hydraulic press is a dual-material, dual-process hot pressing molding equipment specifically designed for thermosetting melamine (melamine-formaldehyde resin) powder. It is mainly used to produce imitation porcelain tableware (cups, bowls, plates, etc.) with edging, layering, and two-color patterns.

• Compression molding (or molding die-cutting) involves placing a measured amount of melamine molding powder into a preheated cavity. The upper mold moves downwards, applying pressure. Under conditions of 155–180°C and 12–20 MPa, the powder melts, flows, cross-links, and solidifies, while volatiles are expelled (requiring 1–2 venting cycles). Cooling and demolding result in irreversible hard tableware. The upper mold is typically 5–10°C higher than the lower mold to ensure uniform flow and curing.

The raw material powder used for melamine tableware is generally called melamine powder or melamine molding powder in the industry. It is the direct molding raw material for producing melamine tableware.
