The Production Process of Melamine Tableware: From Resin to Finished

The next step is molding, where the Melamine Resin mixture is heated and compressed into specific shapes. This is done using specialized machines known as compression molding presses. The mold is designed according to the tableware item being produced, such as a plate or a cup. 

1. Preheating Process  
Raw materials are weighed according to the required weight of the tableware using a material box. Once measured, the powder is placed in a high-frequency preheating machine to form raw material clumps.

2. Molding Process  
The next step is molding, where the melamine resin mixture is heated and compressed into specific shapes. This is done using specialized machines known as compression molding presses. The mold is designed according to the tableware item being produced, such as a plate or a cup. The preheated clumps of raw material are poured into molds, and the mechanical molding process is initiated. The material is then subjected to high temperature and pressure, curing into its final shape.

3. Decal Application Process  
The flower patterns are cut according to the design and applied to the molded tableware, which has been coated with a clear powder. The decals must be applied precisely, ensuring the correct position and a neat, attractive appearance. Once placed, the mechanical printing process is started.

4. Glazing Process  
After applying the decals, a layer of gloss powder is evenly spread over the surface of the product. The amount of powder should be balanced—neither too little, which affects the luster, nor too much. The product is then subjected to high temperature and pressure again, resulting in a glossy, porcelain-like finish.

5. Polishing Process  
After production, the tableware is polished to remove rough edges. This step is crucial as any leftover sharp edges could cause harm during use. Polishing ensures the product is smooth, with a refined appearance and rounded edges.

6. Inspection and Packaging Process  
Before the products are sent to the market, they undergo stringent quality control checks. This involves inspecting the tableware for any defects, ensuring that they meet safety and durability standards, and checking for consistent size, shape, and appearance. After passing these checks, the items are cleaned, packaged, and labeled for distribution.
