● Resistant to high temperature and high pressure: The molds need to operate under high temperature (150-180°C) and high pressure (200-300 tons) conditions, so they are made of materials with high strength and good heat resistance.

Question 1: Do we own our own mold factory?
Yes, we have our own mold factory with over 16 years of experience, and we have been in the melamine tableware industry for more than 18 years. In addition, we also own factories for melamine tableware, raw materials, and machinery.
Question 2: Is custom mold design available?
Yes, you can provide us with the images of the tableware you want, and we will create a design and manufacture the molds according to the desired size and shape. Alternatively, we can send you our mold catalog for selection and reference.
Question 3: What is the typical lead time?
The production time from design confirmation to completion is approximately 15-30days.
Question 4: Can we visit the factory?
Absolutely! We have 16 machines in our mold production facility, and our team members have different roles. We will gladly give you a tour and explain each step in the production process and the creation of the final product.
Question 5: How do I place an order?
Our usual payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance. Payments can be made via T/T or L/C.
