Multi-color Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Powder 99.8% In Tableware Industry Application
Product Detail:
Melamine tableware, commonly known as "imitation porcelain tableware" or "melamine dish", has melamine-formaldehyde resin as its core raw material.
Core Raw Material: Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin
This is a thermosetting plastic synthesized from two chemical raw materials through a chemical reaction:
1) Melamine: A nitrogen-containing organic compound.
2) FFormaldehyde: A common organic chemical raw material.
In a high-temperature, high-pressure mold, these two monomers undergo a polymerization reaction, forming a stable, cross-linked three-dimensional network structure polymer material. This reaction process is called compression molding. Once molded, the product cannot be melted or reshaped, exhibiting high hardness and stability.
