The main raw material powder for melamine tableware is melamine resin powder (MF), which is a thermosetting resin powder made by the condensation reaction of melamine and formaldehyde. It is the core raw material for the production of melamine tableware.

Question 1: Can we provide samples?

Yes, we typically offer free samples of around 2kg. However, the shipping cost for the samples will be borne by the customer.

Question 2: Is it possible to customize the color?

Absolutely! We support color customization. You can provide the Pantone color code for your desired color, or refer to our color swatches. Alternatively, you can send us a sample of the tableware in the color you want, and we will produce the same color based on the sample.

Question 3: What is the production time?

For a 20ft container of solid color products, the production time is around 10-15 days. For colored products, it will take a little longer.

Question 4: What payment methods do we accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) as payment methods.

Question 5: How are our products packaged?

Our products are packed with two layers. The outer layer is a kraft paper bag, and the inner layer is a plastic bag. This double-layer packaging ensures better protection and the safety of the products during transportation.
