    I. The Core Function of Mold

The melamine tableware mold is the core tool for forming melamine tableware. Through high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, melamine powder is solidified into specific shapes. Its quality directly determines the appearance and safety of the tableware:

    Appearance (smoothness, clarity of patterns)

Safety (absence of burrs, no residues)

Durability (resistance to dropping, high-temperature resistance)

    2. Environmental Protection and Safety

The melamine tableware molds comply with environmental protection standards. The production process does not use harmful chemicals, ensuring that the produced tableware is non-toxic and odorless, and meets international food safety standards, suitable for various food contact occasions.

    3. Customer Service and Support

We provide comprehensive after-sales service for customers, helping them maintain and care for the molds. For customized requirements, we offer technical support to ensure that customers can successfully complete each link from mold design to production.
