Question1：Can decals print full-colour logos and photos?
Yes - full-colour logos, characters, florals and photographic artwork are printed with food-safe inks. Send the artwork file for a colour and resolution review
Question2： Do decal designs fade or peel with washing?
Designs are transferred and sealed under the glazing finish, so they are protected by the product surface rather than sitting on top of it - they hold through normal washing and service
Question3：What is the smallest order for a custom design?
Decal runs are much smaller than tooling runs. Send the design and the number of pieces you plan to decorate and we will confirm the quantity
Question4：Can one factory run several designs at once?
Yes - different designs can be printed for different products or orders, which is the point of decals: the mould stays the same while the artwork changes between runs
Question5：Do I need special equipment to apply the decals?
Decals work with your existing melamine finishing process. We supply the paper matched to your product and share application guidance for your line
