Mold Materials and Manufacturing
Core material: Pre-hardened die steel, such as P20, requiring the following:

(2) Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM): Used for machining complex patterns, fine textures, and deep cavities.

(4) Heat Treatment: Some molds require surface nitriding or other treatments to further improve hardness and lifespan.
(5) Assembly and Testing: All system components are assembled, and trial molding is performed on a real press to produce qualified samples.
