Key Technology
（1）Precision Machining Technology: Utilizing CNC machining centers, EDM, wire cutting, and other equipment, the precision of mold parts is achieved to the ±0.005mm level, with a surface roughness of Ra0.1-Ra0.2μm achieving a mirror finish. This is fundamental to ensuring a smooth and glossy product.
（2）Mold Material Selection: Mold steel is the preferred choice, with P20 and 718H commonly used depending on the requirements. To further enhance performance, the mold cavity surface typically undergoes special treatments:
(1)Hard Chrome Plating: Forms a hard chrome layer, making the mold more wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easier to demold, while also improving product gloss.
(2)Nitriding Treatment: Forms an extremely hard nitrided layer on the surface, significantly improving wear resistance.
Golden Rules of Daily Maintenance
（1）Cleaning:
After production, immediately clean any residue with a copper brush and bamboo/wooden scraper. Never use steel tools to scratch the mold.
（2）Lubrication:
Regularly apply high-temperature grease to moving parts such as guide pillars and ejector pins.
（3）Rust Prevention:
Before long-term shutdown, apply rust-preventive oil to the cavity surface.
（4）Storage:
Close the mold and insert support blocks between the guide pillars to prevent deformation due to prolonged stress.
