Melamine Crockery Mold with hard Chrome

Melamine tableware molds are specialized thermoforming molds, compatible with melamine hydraulic presses. Through high temperature (160–165℃) and high pressure, melamine powder and decals are pressed into tableware such as bowls, plates, and cups. The precision of the mold directly determines the product's dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and pattern positioning accuracy.

    Mold Classification (by Product Process)

     (1)Single-color Molds:

Basic type, suitable for solid colors or single-layer decal tableware. Simple structure, low cost, and high mass production efficiency.

    (2) Two-color/Multi-color Molds:
With layered cavities and positioning structures, enabling two-color melamine powder or multi-layer decal printing. Suitable for tableware with complex patterns (such as cartoon tableware, brand logo color printing).

    (3) Installation Molds:
Can embed handles, metal logos, and other accessories. Suitable for melamine tableware with special functions (such as soup bowls with handles).

Mold Maintenance and Care (Key Points for Extending Lifespan)

     (1)Daily Cleaning:

After each molding cycle, wipe the mold core surface with a lint-free cloth to remove residual melamine powder and prevent material buildup from affecting the product's surface finish.

    (2)Lubrication and Maintenance:
Regularly apply high-temperature lubricating oil (temperature resistance ≥200℃) to the ejection mechanism, guide pillars, and guide bushings to prevent jamming.

    (3)Storage Requirements:
Idle molds should be coated with rust-preventive oil and stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment to prevent moisture and rust; the mold core surface should be padded with a protective film to prevent scratches.

    Summary

The melamine tableware hydraulic press mold is a high-value precision tool that integrates mechanical design, materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. It is not only a "copy machine" for products, but also a "converter" of process energy.

    FAQ

Question1:Do we own our own mold factory?
Yes, we have our own mold factory with over 16 years of experience, and we have been in the melamine tableware industry for more than 18 years. In addition, we also own factories for melamine tableware, raw materials, and machinery.

    Question2:Can we visit the factory?
Absolutely! We have 16 machines in our mold production facility, and our team members have different roles. We will gladly give you a tour and explain each step in the production process and the creation of the final product.

Question3:How do I place an order?
Our usual payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance. Payments can be made via T/T or L/C.

Question4:What other services does Panlong offer besides molds?
With over 18 years of experience in the melamine tableware industry, Panlong provides one-stop service. In addition to molds, we offer melamine powder, melamine machinery, and melamine tableware.

Question5:What is the minimum order quantity for molds?
The minimum order quantity for molds is one set, and we are happy to accept small orders.
