Main components

Molding Process
1. Weighing and Preheating: Weigh a fixed amount of melamine powder according to the product weight and preheat it at high frequency to cause the powder to clump.
2. Compression Molding: Place the preheated raw material into a metal mold. Under high temperature and pressure (150-180°C), the raw material melts, flows, and undergoes a cross-linking reaction to solidify, forming a three-dimensional network structure.
3. Post-Processing: The molded product still needs to undergo processes such as decal application and polishing to remove burrs and increase gloss and patterns.

✅ Lightweight: Its density is only 1/3 of that of ceramics, making it suitable for takeout tableware.
