High Production And Quality Melamine Soup Bowl Molds With Multi Cavities and Hard Chrome
Product Detail
The hydraulic press mold for melamine tableware is the core component for hot pressing and molding melamine tableware. It is adapted to the high temperature and high pressure working conditions of the hydraulic press and can press melamine resin powder into various tableware such as bowls, plates, and spoons.
Customization and Production Features
FAQ
Question1:Can I choose the number of cavities in the mold?
Yes, you can customize 2-5 or even more cavities. Single-cavity molds are suitable for small-batch custom production, while multi-cavity molds are suitable for large-scale mass production, which can significantly improve the output efficiency of tableware per unit time.
Question2:Are the air bubbles on the surface of the pressed tableware related to the mold?
Possibly. Firstly, poor mold cavity finish can affect the venting of the raw material during molding. Secondly, an improperly designed venting structure can also prevent gas from escaping. Additionally, high moisture content in the raw material can also cause this problem. You can first polish the mold cavity and check if the mold's venting structure is unobstructed.
Question3:What should I do if the edges of my tableware have burrs or are uneven?
This is most likely due to excessive gaps in the mold closing mechanism or wear on the grinding wheel of the upper mold. Adjusting the mold base's fixed position can reduce the mold closing gap. If the grinding wheel is worn, the part needs to be replaced. Also, clean any residual material buildup around the mold cavity edges.
Question4:Scratches appear on the surface of the mold after a period of use. What should be done?
Scratches can leave marks on tableware and easily accumulate dirt. The mold cavity needs to be ground and polished in time. If the scratches are deep, chrome plating should be done again after polishing to restore the surface smoothness of the mold.
Question5:How to maintain the mold during daily use?
Before each startup, check the cavity for impurities and ensure the ejector mechanism is flexible; regularly lubricate the ejector mechanism and polish the cavity; control the molding temperature to avoid overheating and mold deformation; when idle for extended periods, apply oil to seal and prevent rust.
