High Precision Multi Cavity Melamine Tableware Compression Mould for Hydraulic Press Machine
Product Detail
Melamine tableware compression molds, also known as compression molds or hot-press molds, are the most mainstream and standard mold type for producing melamine tableware. They are specifically designed for use with melamine hydraulic presses and employ a high-temperature, high-pressure, one-time compression molding process.
Key Features
l Molding Method
Melamine powder/colorant is directly placed into the mold cavity → mold closed, heated and pressurized → cured and molded → mold opened and ejected.
l Product Quality
High density, good hardness, glossy surface, burr-free, drop-resistant, and not easily deformed; this is the standard mold for genuine melamine tableware.
l Applicable Equipment
Used with an 80T~600T melamine hydraulic press; the tonnage is selected according to the size of the tableware
Mold Structure
1. Upper mold, lower mold (cavity)
2. Heating system (electric heating element/heating plate)
3. Ejection mechanism (ejector rod, ejector plate)
4. Ventilation groove, positioning guide post and guide sleeve
5. Standard parts such as mold base, pressure plate, and lifting ring
