High Frequency Melamine Preheater for Tableware Automatic Opening Closing Stainless Steel Preheating Machine

A melamine raw material powder preheating machine is a device that preheats the raw material powder uniformly before it enters the hydraulic press mold. Its core purpose is not to solidify the raw material, but to optimize the subsequent pressing process by increasing the base temperature of the raw material.

    Main functions and benefits

    1.Shortening the molding cycle

When cold raw material powder is filled into a high-temperature mold (150-180°C), it takes longer to absorb heat and reach the reaction temperature. Preheated raw material powder can reach the curing temperature more quickly after entering the mold, thus significantly shortening the pressure holding and curing time and improving production efficiency.

    2.Improve Product Quality

1.Reduce Bubbles: Preheating removes moisture and some low-molecular-weight volatiles absorbed by the raw material powder, significantly reducing the risk of bubbles and voids forming inside the product.

    2. Improve Flowability: Preheated raw material powder has better flowability, allowing it to fill every corner of the mold more evenly and quickly, reducing material shortages and incomplete filling.

3.More Uniform Curing: Better overall temperature consistency results in more consistent curing throughout the product, reducing internal stress and thus minimizing warping and deformation, while improving product strength and dimensional stability.

    3.Reduced Energy Consumption

Although the preheater itself consumes electricity, it significantly shortens the heating and holding time of the hydraulic press's main mold, thus reducing the overall energy consumption from the perspective of the entire production system.

    4.Protecting the mold

Reducing the time the mold is continuously exposed to extreme high temperature and high pressure helps extend the mold's service life.

    FAQ

Question1:What is a raw material powder preheater?

It is an auxiliary device that preheats melamine raw material powder uniformly before it enters the hydraulic press mold. It does not handle curing, but rather raises the raw material powder from room temperature to an optimized process temperature (typically 80-110°C).

Question2:How does a preheater help reduce air bubbles in a product?

This is one of the most crucial functions of a preheater. Raw material powders easily absorb moisture from the air. The preheating process effectively removes this moisture and some low-boiling-point volatiles. This significantly weakens the source of water vapor and gas during molding, thereby fundamentally reducing the risk of air bubble formation.

Question3:What is the ideal preheating temperature?

It is typically set between 80°C and 110°C. The specific ideal temperature needs to be fine-tuned based on the characteristics of your raw materials, product shape, and mold design.

Question4:Can I touch the preheated raw material powder directly with my hands?

    Absolutely not!

While powder at 80-110°C won't cause immediate severe burns, it's enough to cause skin irritation or even blistering. When the equipment is running, safety operating procedures must be followed to avoid direct contact with high-temperature components and preheated powder. During cleaning and maintenance, always ensure the equipment is powered off and has cooled sufficiently.

Question5:Why must a preheater use a dedicated preheating box?

Preheaters heat raw materials using high-frequency, high-pressure methods. Ordinary thermally conductive metal boxes or low-strength soft plastic boxes are unsuitable for this operation. A dedicated plastic preheating box prevents deformation during heating or affects the heating effect on the raw materials. It also allows the melamine powder to form higher-quality powder blocks after preheating, ensuring the quality of subsequent molding.
