Melamine decal paper is a special transfer paper that is fused with melamine powder under high temperature and pressure. The pattern will be permanently embedded in the surface of the tableware, and it is colorfast, wear-resistant, and dishwasher-safe.
Complete Process of Using Decal Paper
Standard Process: "Two Bakings, One Brushing, One Pressing"
1. Pre-baking of Decorative Paper: 70–100℃, bake for 30–60 minutes → remove ink solvent
2. Brushing with Melamine Resin: Dissolve resin in 95℃ hot water → brush evenly onto the back of the decal
3. Second Drying: Oven drying → completely dry (non-sticky, non-curling)
4. Cutting: Cut to the shape of tableware
