Production Process
l Weighing and Preheating: Weigh the melamine resin powder according to the product weight, and preheat it to soften and remove moisture and gases.
l High-Temperature Molding: Place the raw material into a mold and press-cast it under high temperature and pressure at 130-150℃ to form the tableware blank.
l Decal Application and Gold Addition: Apply decals to the surface of the blank, and press again under high temperature and pressure to allow the pattern to penetrate the surface layer. Finally, sprinkle with luster powder to enhance brightness.
l Grinding and Polishing: Remove burrs from the molded surface, and grind and polish to make the edges smooth and rounded, with a comfortable feel.
l Quality Inspection: Inspect the product for defects such as bubbles, white spots, and deformation to ensure it meets quality standards.
l Cleaning and Packaging: Clean the inspected and qualified products, and package them for storage.
