Question1：What are the differences between melamine powder and melamine resin?
Melamine powder: It is the raw material of melamine formaldehyde resin and is in powder form. Melamine resin: It is a thermosetting plastic formed by curing melamine powder under high temperature and high pressure. It has characteristics such as high temperature resistance and scratch resistance.
Question2：Is the food-grade melamine powder itself safe? Will the tableware made from it release harmful substances?
Qualified food-grade melamine powder is inherently safe.Use within the safe temperature range (-30℃ to 120℃).
Do not store strong acids, strong bases, or high-oil foods (such as boiling chili oil or vinegar-soaked foods) for a long time. Do not place in a microwave oven / oven for heating.
If beyond this range, the resin structure may be damaged and trace amounts of melamine or formaldehyde may be released.
Question3：Will melamine powder produce toxic gases during the processing? What precautions should be taken during operation?
During the heating and molding process of melamine powder (such as for making tableware), if the temperature is not controlled properly (exceeding 180℃) or the resin is not fully cured, formaldehyde gas (with a pungent smell) may be released.

Storage: It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, proximity to fire sources or high-temperature environments.
