Melamine tableware transfer paper (also known as melamine transfer paper or imitation porcelain transfer paper) is a special high-temperature transfer paper used to permanently transfer exquisite patterns, colors, or logos onto the surface of melamine (imitation porcelain) tableware. It is the core material for achieving diverse and beautiful appearances of melamine tableware.

Production and Usage Process
1. Printing: The design is printed onto the decal paper using offset or screen printing.
2. Baking: Baked at 70-100℃ for 7-8 hours to evaporate the binder in the ink.
3. Adhesive Application: A layer of melamine-formaldehyde resin (coating powder) is evenly coated onto the surface of the decal paper, and then dried.
4. Applying: After cutting the decal paper, it is applied face down onto the unfinished melamine tableware.
5. Hot-Pressure Fusion: The tableware is placed in a molding machine and subjected to high temperature and pressure for 20-35 seconds, completely fusing the decal paper with the tableware.
6. Finished Product: The paper base carbonizes and falls off, leaving the design permanently on the surface of the tableware, creating a smooth and durable appearance.
