Melamine tableware decals are special decorative decals designed specifically for melamine tableware. Through a high-temperature and high-pressure hot-pressing process, the pattern is permanently sealed inside the melamine resin layer, rather than being a surface sticker. The pattern is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, does not peel off, and does not fade, meeting food contact grade requirements.
How to Choose Decal Paper
l Observe the Gloss and Pattern:
High-quality tableware has a good gloss, with a surface as bright as ceramic. The pattern is clear and vibrant, without yellowing, blurring, or misalignment. Inferior products tend to have yellowing patterns and noticeable paper marks.
l Wipe Test:
Rub the colored pattern on the tableware a few times with a white napkin. If no color comes off, the decal adheres well to the tableware and is a qualified product.
l Feel the Surface:
Touch the surface of the tableware, especially the edges of the pattern. It should feel smooth and flat, without any bumps or burrs.
Use and Maintenance
l Avoid High Temperatures:
Melamine tableware is not microwave or oven resistant. The maximum usage temperature should not exceed 120℃ to prevent the decal pattern from deforming or peeling off.
l Gentle Cleaning:
Do not scrub with steel wool or other hard objects, as this will scratch the protective layer on the surface of the tableware and damage the pattern. It is recommended to clean with a soft cloth and a neutral detergent.
l Timely Replacement:
