Core Production Process

1. Whether using a single-color or two-color machine, the core process relies on thermoforming. The entire process is roughly as follows:

2. Preparation and Material Feeding: The operator weighs a fixed amount of melamine resin powder according to product requirements and evenly spreads it inside the mold. For two-color machines, different colors of powder need to be fed in two separate batches.

3. Mold Closure and Venting: The hydraulic press descends rapidly, closing the mold. At this time, 1-2 venting actions are performed to remove air from the raw materials and prevent air bubbles from forming inside the product.

4. High-Temperature and High-Pressure Molding: The mold is locked under high pressure, while a heating plate heats the mold (usually 150-170℃). The raw material melts and flows at high temperature, and completely solidifies within tens of seconds, conforming to the shape of the mold.

5. Mold Opening and Part Removal: After the holding time, the hydraulic press automatically opens the mold, and the ejector device ejects the formed hot tableware.

6. Post-Processing: The removed tableware needs to be ground and polished to remove the parting lines (burrs), resulting in a smooth and glossy surface.
