Customized Melamine Tableware Mould for Compression Molding Machine
Product Detail
Melamine tableware moulds are precision moulds used for hot pressing melamine powder into various dinnerware under high temperature and high pressure.
Molding Process (Pressing Flow)
1. Material Preparation: Melamine powder + colorant → Mix and dry.
2. Feeding: Add a measured amount of powder to the preheated mold cavity.
3. Mold Closure and Hot Pressing: Press pressure 15–30 MPa, temperature 150–180°C, hold pressure and cure.
4. Ventilation: Briefly open the mold 1–2 times during the process to remove water vapor and gas.
5. Ejection: After curing, open the mold and eject the semi-finished tableware.
6. Deburring + Finishing: Remove burrs, polish, and inspect.
Mold Classification and Characteristics
l By Molding Process
1. Single-color molds: The most common type, molding a single color in one step.
2. Two-color/Multi-color molds: Double-layered cavities, materials are fed sequentially, pressing out two colors in one step (e.g., white base + colored border).
3. Decal/Hot stamping molds: Textured cavities, allowing simultaneous pressing of decals/hot stamping layers.

1. Glossy molds: High gloss, easy to clean, commonly used in canteens/fast food restaurants.
2. Matte/Frosted molds: Imitation ceramic texture, fingerprint resistant.
3. Textured molds: Wood grain, stone grain, embossed, etc.
