    Advantages of melamine tableware

1.Durable and shock-resistant: Not easily broken, long lifespan, ideal for children, outdoor use, or public places (such as restaurants and airplane meals).

2.Lightweight and portable: Lightweight, easy to store and carry, ideal for picnics and camping.

3.Aesthetically pleasing and versatile: Bright colors and various shapes, allowing for the creation of adorable cartoon designs, loved by children.

4.Good heat insulation: When holding hot food, the bowl won't burn your hands, providing a comfortable user experience.

    Safety guidelines

    1.<Absolutely Prohibited> Microwave Heating
Melamine tableware is not microwave-safe. The intense heating in a microwave oven can damage its structure and accelerate the release of harmful substances. The vast majority of melamine tableware is clearly labeled "Do Not Microwave."

2.<Absolutely Prohibited>High-Temperature Steaming or Grilling for Extended Periods
Do not use melamine tableware for prolonged steaming or grilling of food, or place it in an oven or on a grill. Its temperature tolerance is typically between -30°C and 120°C. Overheating (e.g., exceeding 120°C) can cause deformation and the release of substances.

3.Avoid using melamine tableware to hold strongly acidic or oily foods.
Do not use melamine tableware for extended periods to hold acidic foods such as vinegar, lemon juice, or carbonated drinks, or hot, oily soups. These conditions can promote the migration of melamine and formaldehyde. Special reminder: Do not use it to hold hot oil!

4.Do not scratch with hard objects.
Using hard objects such as steel wool to clean will create scratches on the surface. These scratches not only easily trap dirt and grime, but also increase the risk of harmful substances being released.
    5.Purchase Qualified Products

1.Always buy products from reputable manufacturers with clear brand names and QS/production license marks.

2.Beware of unusually low prices and products with a pungent odor that lack proper labeling or production date. These are likely counterfeit melamine products made from urea-formaldehyde resin (inferior raw materials with a very high risk of formaldehyde leaching).

    FAQ

    Question1:Are melamine tableware safe?

Qualified melamine tableware is safe under normal use conditions.

Safety is contingent on the product coming from a reputable manufacturer and you following the usage guidelines (especially avoiding microwave heating and using it to hold very hot, oily, or highly acidic foods).

Question2:Can melamine tableware be washed in a dishwasher?

We recommend checking the label on the bottom of the tableware. Most melamine tableware can withstand the washing temperatures of a dishwasher, but long-term use may lead to a decrease in surface gloss, accelerated aging, or the appearance of minor scratches. To extend its lifespan, hand washing is recommended.

Question3:How hot can melamine tableware hold?

The safe operating temperature is generally around 120℃. It's not recommended to hold freshly cooked, scalding hot soup or food for extended periods. Holding hot meals for short periods is fine, but it's best to avoid using it for long-term simmering or deep-frying.

Question4:Why shouldn't you store acidic foods like vinegar and lemon juice in them?

Strongly acidic conditions accelerate the hydrolysis and decomposition of melamine resin, potentially promoting the migration of melamine and formaldehyde. Therefore, it's not recommended to store vinegar, lemon juice, or carbonated beverages in these containers for extended periods.

Question5:Is it dangerous if melamine tableware breaks?

Melamine tableware is tough and not easily broken. If it breaks due to a strong impact, the edges of the fragments are relatively rounded, making it less dangerous than ceramic fragments. However, it should be cleaned up promptly to prevent fragments from remaining or being accidentally ingested.
