Transfer Process

Transferring the design from the decal to the tableware is a crucial step in the production of melamine tableware.

l Plain form molding: 

First, the "blank" of melamine tableware (usually white or monochrome) is pressed into shape in a mold under high temperature and pressure for the first time.

l Decal fusion: 

Next, workers cut the prepared decals and precisely apply them to designated positions on the plain tableware.

Then, the tableware with the decals is fed into a melamine machine for a second high-temperature, high-pressure treatment.

Within approximately 20-35 seconds, the design on the decals completely fuses with the tableware body, becoming one with it.

This process ensures the design appears as if it were naturally part of the tableware, rather than simply "printed" on the surface, making it very durable and resistant to peeling

Application Scenarios

Suitable for scenarios such as restaurant chains, school cafeterias, baby tableware, and outdoor camping. Customizable with brand logos and ethnic patterns (such as special patterns for the Middle East and African markets) is a key element in enhancing product added value.
