Working principle
Melamine resin powder is put into the mold cavity, the mold is heated by a heating plate, and at the same time, a hydraulic press applies pressure to the mold, so that the raw material is plasticized under high temperature and high pressure and fills the mold cavity. After a certain period of pressure maintenance and curing, the mold is opened and the formed tableware is taken out.
● Types:
According to the type of tableware produced, it can be divided into plate molds, bowl molds, spoon molds, etc. According to the number of cavities, it can be divided into single-cavity molds and multi-cavity molds. Multi-cavity molds, such as 6-cavity molds and 24-cavity molds, can improve production efficiency.
● Specifications:
Molds come in a variety of sizes. For example, a bowl mold typically measures 490mm x 240mm x 210mm and weighs approximately 290kg. Molds of varying specifications are suitable for producing tableware of varying sizes and shapes.

Question2：Why are there bubbles in the tableware produced?
The main reason is poor mold venting. You need to check and clean the venting slots, or optimize the venting design.
Question3：Why does the product stick to the mold and is difficult to demould?
This may be due to insufficient release agent spraying, reduced mold surface finish, or unreasonable ejection system design. Regular spraying of release agent and maintenance of the mold surface are required.
Question4：How long is the life of the mold?
A high-quality and properly maintained mold can have a lifespan of more than 500,000 times, and some even exceed 1 million times.
Question5：What is the difference between a “single-head mold” and a “multi-head mold”?
● Single-head molds produce one product at a time and are suitable for large or small batch orders.
● Multi-head molds produce multiple identical products at a time, which is highly efficient and suitable for small-part, large-batch production.
