Production Process of Monochrome Tableware
(1) Dual-color Precise Molding Function
Dual-material synchronous injection technology: Equipped with independent dual-material barrels and dual injection channels, it can simultaneously or in steps inject two different colors of melamine powder (such as white + blue, black + gray, etc.), combined with multi-part mold design, to achieve dual-color bonding, gradient or partial color matching effects (such as different colors on the edge and center of a plate, or color separation between the body and handle of a cup), meeting diverse appearance design requirements.
High-precision temperature control and pressure adjustment: Equipped with dual-zone independent temperature control system, the temperature uniformity error of the heating plate is ≤ ±2℃, precisely matching the curing temperature of different color melamine powder (150-170℃); 250 ton locking force and adjustable injection pressure of 0-45 MPa, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the thickness of tableware (1-5mm) and color combination, avoiding bubbles, layering or material shortage at the dual-color interface, ensuring the tight structure and natural color transition of the molded tableware.
(2) Fully Automated Production Control
PLC programmable control system: Supports preset filling powder volume, injection sequence, holding time, cooling temperature and other core parameters, achieving "preheating of dual materials - injection of the first color - injection of the second color - holding and curing - cooling and demolding" full-process automated operation, reducing manual intervention, reducing operation errors (such as color ratio deviation, improper injection timing), and supporting production data storage and retrieval, facilitating standardized batch production.
Intelligent fault monitoring: Built-in temperature, pressure, and mold position sensors, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status. If there are temperature abnormalities, overload pressure or mold misalignment problems, it automatically triggers an alarm and suspends production to avoid equipment damage and product scrapping, improving production safety and stability.
(3) Compatible with Multiple Production Scenarios
Mold and product compatibility: Compatible with dual-color multi-cavity molds (1-4 cavities), capable of producing spoons as small as a few grams and 10-inch plates as large as several hundred grams, with product weight ranges covering 5g-400g; supports dual-color tableware production with matte, glossy, corrosion texture and other different surface effects, suitable for household daily tableware, commercial high-end tableware and customized gift tableware.
Post-processing compatibility design: The dual-color tableware after demolding can directly connect to automated trimming equipment and surface printing (such as screen printing, heat transfer printing) processes. The mold reserves positioning holes to ensure precise connection of subsequent flower paper pasting, powder heat pressing and other processes, enhancing product value.
