Product Detail
Based on Pascal's law (hydraulic pressurization) combined with high-temperature thermosetting, the press transfers oil pressure evenly through a large-diameter cylinder to the moving platen. Deep-draw sink molds are filled with melamine molding compound, the platen closes, and the material cures under controlled temperature and pressure. A PLC-based dual-stage pressure system applies fast closing first and then holds precise molding pressure, ensuring uniform wall thickness, dense structure and a smooth high-gloss surface on large sink bodies. After curing, the platen opens automatically for demolding and the next cycle begins.
