 Melamine tableware compression mold is a hot pressing mold specially used for molding thermosetting melamine resin (melamine). The core is to solidify powdery raw materials into finished tableware under high temperature and high pressure.

l Guidance accuracy

The mold is equipped with precision guide pillars and guide bushes to ensure that the position of the moving and fixed molds is exactly the same every time. This is crucial to ensuring uniform wall thickness and accurate shape of the tableware.

l heating system

Electric heating tubes will be evenly arranged inside the mold and connected to a temperature controller. Stable and precise temperature (usually within the range of 150-200°C) is the key to smooth curing of melamine powder and ensuring surface gloss.

l surface treatment

High-quality mold cavities are hard chrome plated. This can not only form a shiny surface, making the tableware better in appearance, but more importantly, increase the hardness of the mold, prevent rust, and wear resistance, ensure that the product can be easily demoulded, and extend the life of the mold.

l Mold life: Chromium plating is typically guaranteed for 500,000 pressings.
