The working principle of the melamine machine is similar to that of the plastic molding machine, but melamine material has its own unique properties, so specific temperature and pressure conditions are required during the production process. Melamine machines usually consist of the following parts:
Mold: A shape used for forming melamine products.
Heating system: Supplies high temperature to melt melamine powder and shape it.
Pressure system: Applies pressure to ensure that melamine material is evenly distributed and cured in the mold.
Cooling system: Rapidly cools melamine products after forming to ensure their shape stability.
Production process flow
Filling powder: Uniformly fill the melamine powder (single color) into the mold cavity.
Closing and pressurizing: The hydraulic system applies high pressure and heats to the resin curing temperature.
Maintaining pressure and curing: Maintain pressure and time (about 30-60 seconds) to ensure complete cross-linking of the material.
Cooling and demolding: Start the cooling system to cool down to below 80℃, then push out the finished product. Post-processing: Remove burrs, and pack after quality inspection.
