4-Cavity High Quality Hard Chrome Glossy Steel Mold Custom Compression Mould for Melamine Dinnerware

The melamine tableware mold is the core molding tool for producing high-quality melamine tableware (such as bowls, plates, cups, spoons, etc.). Through precisely controlling the molding process of melamine powder (trisodium cyanurate formaldehyde resin) under high temperature and high pressure, the shape, thickness, texture and surface effect of the tableware can be determined. This report focuses on the melamine tableware mold developed and produced by Panlong's own mold factory. Relying on a professional design team, advanced production equipment and strict environmental protection standards, it can provide a full range of mold solutions from basic models to customized ones, suitable for single-color / double-color melamine tableware molding machines, meeting the production needs of household, commercial (restaurants, canteens), export and other scenarios, and featuring durability, high precision and environmental safety.

    Special Introduction to Four-Cavity Mold

    As the mainstream option among cavity types, the four-cavity mold offers both production efficiency and cost-effectiveness, making it the preferred choice for small-scale mass production and the production of multi-specification small-sized tableware:

    Applicable Products: The main focus is on compact to medium-sized size melamine tableware, such as 5-7 inch bowls, 4-6 inch small plates, standard-sized spoons/ forks, etc. It is particularly suitable for batch production of the same model products;

    Capacity Advantage: Compared to 1-2 cavity molds, under the same molding cycle (40-80 seconds/each), the four-cavity mold can produce 4 finished products per time, with a daily production capacity (based on an 8-hour working schedule) of 1440-2880 pieces. Compared to 1 cavity mold, the efficiency is improved by 4 times, effectively reducing the mold allocation cost per unit product;

    Precision Control: With symmetrical cavity layout and synchronous temperature control design, the temperature and pressure uniformity error of the 4 cavities is ≤ ±1℃/±0.5MPa, ensuring that the thickness, color, and surface texture of the 4 pieces produced simultaneously are completely consistent, with a scrap rate controlled below 2%;

    Compatible Equipment: Compatible with mainstream 350-TON and above tonnage single-color / double-color melamine molding machines, it can be installed and used without additional equipment modification, with strong adaptability;

    Life and Maintenance: When made of P20 or 718 steel, the lifespan of the four-cavity mold can reach 300,000 - 500,000 injections. The cavities are easy to clean, and daily maintenance only requires regular checks on guide column lubrication and residual cleaning of the cavities, with low maintenance costs.

    Longevity and high stability

    Extremely long service life: The combination of high-quality materials and precise heat treatment processes ensures that the mold can last for 100,000 to 1 million injections (depending on the material type and usage frequency). For H13 steel molds, due to their high strength, the service life can exceed 500,000 injections, significantly reducing the cost and downtime for frequent mold replacement for customers.

    Strong production stability: The dimensional tolerance of the mold is controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring that each molded tableware has consistent shape and thickness, and the scrap rate can be controlled below 3%; at the same time, the key components such as the mold guide pins and guide sleeves are designed with wear-resistant features, reducing the wear during opening and closing the mold, and maintaining high-precision molding effect even after long-term use.

    FAQ

    Question 1:How to choose the right mold?

    We offer a comprehensive mold catalog for your selection. Alternatively, you can search for the desired mold in your local market, provide us with the product dimensions and weight, and we can offer a design or directly send us a sample, and we will produce the mold accordingly.

    Question 2:How are molds generally shipped?

    Due to their heavy weight, molds are usually shipped via sea freight. They are typically packaged in shrink film and secured on wooden pallets. If air freight is required, wooden crates will be used for packaging.

    Question :3: How long the service life and durability of the molds are?

    The melamine tableware molds are precisely processed and treated, featuring extremely high durability. High-quality molds can be reused extensively, ensuring stability and efficiency in the production process.

    Question 4:How about the production efficiency and precision of melamine molds?

    By adopting advanced processing technologies, melamine tableware molds can produce high-quality tableware quickly and efficiently. The precision of the molds ensures that each product has a consistent shape and stable quality, reducing rework and scrap rates.

    Question 5: How do I place an order?

    Our usual payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance. Payments can be made via T/T or L/C.
