350Ton high quality Melamine Tableware Molding Machine User - Friendly to Operate
Production process flow
Filling powder: Uniformly fill the melamine powder (single color) into the mold cavity.
Closing and pressurizing: The hydraulic system applies high pressure and heats to the resin curing temperature.
Maintaining pressure and curing: Maintain pressure and time (about 30-60 seconds) to ensure complete cross-linking of the material.
Cooling and demolding: Start the cooling system to cool down to below 80℃, then push out the finished product. Post-processing: Remove burrs, and pack after quality inspection.
FAQ
Question 1: What are the application fields of melamine machines?
Applications for melamine tableware production: such as bowls, plates, chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons, etc.
Manufacturing of kitchen utensils: such as chopping boards, heat insulation pads, cup mats, etc.
Processing of electrical parts: such as sockets, switches, low-voltage electrical appliance housings, etc. Production of daily necessities: such as ashtrays, flower pots, dominoes, etc.
Question 2: Is the maintenance of melamine machinery equipment complicated?
The daily maintenance is relatively simple. It mainly involves cleaning and lubrication. The key components need to be inspected regularly.
Question 3: What's the difference between a two-color machine and a Monochrome machine?
Monochrome machines can only use one color of powder material. The production process is simple and only requires monochrome molds, with relatively low mold costs. The production speed of a dual-color machine is generally slightly slower than that of Monochrome machines, but it can produce more visually attractive products.
Question 4: Does Panlong provide machine operation training?
Yes, we do. We offer written manuals and video guides for machine operation. Additionally, if needed, our experienced technicians can provide face-to-face training and guidance.
Question 5: What are the precautions when using the melamine machine?
1.Temperature and pressure control: If the temperature is too high, it will cause the resin to char (resulting in yellowing of the products and release of formaldehyde). If the temperature is too low, the curing process will not be complete (leading to softness of the products and easy cracking).Insufficient pressure will result in bubbles or burrs.
2. Mold maintenance,
3. Safe operation
Question 6: What is the working principle of the melamine molding machine?
Process summary:Filling: Fill melamine powder into the mold, heat and press, cool and demold, remove the semi-finished product after cooling, and then process: polishing, trimming, and quality inspection.
