Basic Overview of Monochrome Machine
The monochrome machine for melamine tableware is specifically designed for manufacturing melamine tableware of a single color (such as bowls, plates, cups, etc.). It is produced by pressing melamine powder (trichloroform melamine formaldehyde resin) under high temperature and high pressure. Its core features include high efficiency, low cost, simple operation, and suitability for large-scale standardized production.
Production process flow
Filling powder: Uniformly fill the melamine powder (single color) into the mold cavity.
Closing and pressurizing: The hydraulic system applies high pressure and heats to the resin curing temperature.
Maintaining pressure and curing: Maintain pressure and time (about 30-60 seconds) to ensure complete cross-linking of the material.
Cooling and demolding: Start the cooling system to cool down to below 80℃, then push out the finished product. Post-processing: Remove burrs, and pack after quality inspection.
