The hydraulic system provides pressure to inject two different colors of melamine raw materials into the mold cavity sequentially or simultaneously, and fuse them and solidify them under high temperature and high pressure to obtain melamine tableware with a two-color effect.

1. High-precision alignment system:

The rotational positioning of the turntable must be extremely precise, with an error usually at the silk level (0.01mm), otherwise it will cause misalignment of the two colors, burrs or loose bonding.

2. Precision mold design:

The cavities of the two sets of molds must be perfectly matched, and the cooling system design must be reasonable to ensure uniform heating.

3. Complex control system:

PLC needs to accurately coordinate the timing, temperature and pressure parameters of turntable rotation, two feedings, and two pressings.

4. Process parameter adjustment:

It is necessary to find the optimal bonding point between the two color materials, ensuring that the first pressing is neither completely solidified (otherwise the bond will be weak) nor too raw (otherwise it will easily deform). The control of temperature, pressure, and time is more complex than that of a single-color machine.

The two-color melamine hydraulic press is a specialized machine with a high degree of automation and technological content. Using turntable technology and a double-pressing process, it achieves a chemical bond between two color materials at the molecular level. The resulting product is not only beautiful, seamless, and hygienic, but also structurally strong.
