Production Process
1.Prepare dual-color molds and a dual-color melamine machine – These are essential for creating the two-tone design.
2.Prepare two different colors of melamine powder – Select the colors you want to use for the tableware.
3.Preheat the first color of melamine powder – Heat the first color of the powder before placing it into the melamine machine for the first compression molding.
4.Preheat the second color of melamine powder – While the first color is being molded, preheat the second color of the powder.
5.Place the preheated second color of powder into the machine – After the first molding, insert the second color powder into the machine for the second compression molding.
6.Apply decorative paper – After the second molding, place decorative paper on the product for the third compression molding.
7.Add gloss powder and perform the final compression molding – Sprinkle gloss powder on the product and perform the final molding to achieve the glossy finish.
8.Complete the dual-color melamine tableware – Once the final molding is done, the dual-color melamine tableware is finished and ready for use.
