Simplified Automatic Operation: Equipped with a basic PLC control system, it presets core parameters including powder filling amount, mold clamping time, pressure holding duration, and cooling temperature, realizing the full-process automation of "powder filling - mold clamping and pressurization - pressure holding and curing - cooling and demolding". There are few parameter adjustment items, making it easy for workers to master, reducing manual operation errors, and improving production stability.

Rapid Cooling and Demolding: Built-in with dual cooling systems (water cooling + air cooling), it can cool the molded products to below 80℃ within 30-60 seconds, shortening the production cycle of Monochrome tableware. Equipped with an ejection-type demolding structure, the demolding force is uniform, avoiding deformation or scratching of finished products and ensuring the appearance integrity of tableware.
