200-ton Melamine Crockery Manufacturing Machine
Features
1. The machine provides stable vertical pressure, with an air release frequency of up to 99 cycles. Both the pressing and air release times, as well as the release distance, can be easily set and adjusted.
2. A custom pressing circulation system is available to meet specific customer needs. The mold starts by opening and closing at a slow speed, then shifts to high-speed clamping and release, ensuring mold protection while saving time.
3. It features simple, fully automatic operation with noise-free performance.
4. The machine is well-suited for molding processes involving materials such as urea, rubber, and melamine.
Application
Ideal for manufacturing a wide range of melamine tableware, including plates, bowls, cups, trays, and chopsticks.
Can also be used to produce sinks, kitchenware, and other melamine-based products.
Supports both decal and hot stamping processes, making it suitable for creating customized items with patterns or logos.

Production Process Overview
Preheating Stage: Begin by weighing the raw materials required for the crockery based on the production specifications. Once measured, place the raw materials into the high-frequency preheating device to ensure they heat evenly. The powdered raw materials will heat and form lumps, preparing them for the next step.
Molding Stage: After preheating, transfer the caked raw materials into the mold. Initiate the mechanical flattening process to shape the crockery. High temperature and pressure will be applied to cure and form the molded product.
Decal Application: Cut the decal paper into fan-shaped pieces based on the design specifications, and apply it to the molded tableware. Ensure the decals are aligned properly and evenly for a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing appearance. Once applied, begin the mechanical printing process to set the decal.
Gold Application: After the decal has been applied, sprinkle a uniform layer of powdered gold onto the product’s surface. It is important to apply the right amount—not too little to avoid dullness and not too much to prevent clumping. The machine will then apply high temperature and pressure to cure the product and enhance the overall shine of the porcelain surface.
Polishing Process: Once the product is formed, it undergoes grinding and polishing to remove any rough edges or burrs. This step ensures that the finished crockery is smooth to the touch, making it safe and comfortable to use, while also improving its visual appeal.
Inspection and Packaging: After polishing, the product moves to the inspection stage. Quality control measures include an initial inspection and a re-inspection to ensure only qualified products proceed. Any defective items are removed, and the approved products are packaged and stored for shipment.
