Melamine powder is the core raw material for manufacturing melamine tableware. Through the polymerization of melamine and formaldehyde, melamine formaldehyde resin (MF resin) is formed, which has the following advantages:
- Safety performance: Food-grade melamine powder (A5/A8 grade) complies with the GB 4806.7-2016 standard, with the free formaldehyde migration amount ≤ 15mg/kg and the melamine migration amount ≤ 2.5mg/kg.
- Physical properties: Resistant to temperature (-30℃~120℃), shock-resistant, lightweight, with high surface hardness (Mohs hardness 3-4 levels), suitable for children's tableware and restaurant use.
- Process compatibility: High-temperature high-pressure molding, customizable for imitation ceramics, marble textures, and supports printing patterns.
